Terri Anuszewski, Director - Terri is the former Executive Director of Roaring Fork Leadership. She was responsible for designing and executing a leadership and training curriculum to deliver critical needs in the community. She also worked for First Data Corporation as Vice President of Merger Integration, where she led the integration of acquired businesses and preserved customer portfolios.
Terri was also the Vice President of New Product Development for Western Union in Englewood, CO. There she led new product development and created new strategies to identify market/consumer segments by specific financial behaviors. Email: terri@rfleadership.org
Tom Baker, Director- Currently consulting as Baker & Associates. Was the Town Manager of Carbondale from 2004 to 2010 and was Town Manager of Basalt from 1998 to early 2004. Tom was named "Outstanding Public Administrator of 2003" by the University of Colorado. He has also maintained a consulting practice addressing long and short-term planning, facilitation, public process and management organization. He was the Executive Director of the Aspen/Pitkin County Housing Office from 1992 to 1994, and the Assistant City Manager of Aspen from 1990 to 1991. He was the Assistant Planning Director/Director of Long-Range Planning for Aspen/Pitkin County from 1984 to 1990 and the City Planner of Elgin, Illinois from 1977 to 1984.

participated in Doctoral Studies Program in Public Administration and
Public Policy at the University of Colorado in Denver and earned a
Masters of Public Administration from the University of Colorado in
Denver. He also has BS degree in City and Regional Planning from

Tod Cecil, Vice President - Serves as Business Development Manager covering Western Colorado for Colorado Lending Source. Colorado Lending Source (CLS) is a private, non-profit, community-based, economic development organization that was founded in 1990. CLS is certified by the US Small Business Administration to process, administer, and service SBA 504 loans in Colorado. The mission of Colorado Lending Source is to foster the economic growth of diverse small businesses within the state of Colorado. CLS is the most active SBA 504 lender in Colorado and ranked in the top 10 nationally.
Tod has served as the Business Development Manager for Western Colorado since January 2005, when he opened the Glenwood Springs office. Prior to assuming his duties at CLS, Tod worked for the City of Lakewood as a Senior Economic Development Specialist for eight years. During his tenure with the City of Lakewood, Tod worked with businesses, commercial development companies and local business groups. He was involved in the early stages of the Denver Federal Center redevelopment, Light Rail expansion, Lakewood Industrial Park build out, and retention of the US Department of Transportation offices in Lakewood.
Before joining the City of Lakewood, Tod worked in the oil and gas exploration and extraction industry for 15 years, was a residential realtor, and marketed and sold railroad locomotives. Tod served on the board of directors of Colorado Lending Source for five years and served as the president of the board of directors in 2003. In 2006, he was elected to serve as an Advisory Board Member of the Colorado Rural Development Council and currently serves on its board of directors. CRDC is a non-profit organization formed in 1993 committed to advancing rural interests and encouraging/assisting locally defined community development.
Tod holds a Bachelor’s degree in Energy Management from Eastern Illinois University and a Masters degree in Business Administration from the University of Colorado at Denver. Randi Lowenthal, Founder and President - Ms. Lowenthal moved to the Roaring Fork Valley in October 2000 to assume responsibility for the development and administration of consulting programs and funding opportunities at Rocky Mountain Institute. Then, she joined The Aspen Institute to direct the Society of Fellows. Before creating the Center, Randi served as the Executive Director of the Carbondale Chamber of Commerce for 5-1/2 years from June 2003 to January 2009. She was responsible for day-to-day management, financial oversight, and membership development, and orchestrated a membership increase of over 400%.
Prior to her move to the valley, Randi held management positions in law firms and other professional service organizations in Chicago, Philadelphia, and New York City.
She has participated on many nonprofit boards and committees throughout her careers and strongly believes in the concept of lifelong learning. Randi currently serves as the secretary of the Colorado Mountain College Foundation Board of Directors and the Roaring Fork Advisory Council. She is also a member of the Valley View Hospital Foundation Community Relations Committee and a member of the Colorado Lending Source Loan Review Committee. And, she is an SBDC small business counselor and a SCORE small business counselor.

Kelley Mitchell, Director - Is the Managing Partner of Mitchell and Company, a technology consulting firm specializing in computer and related technologies. He worked almost a decade with Electronic Data Systems, holding various technical and management positions in Illinois, Indiana and Texas. He was responsible for planning, technical oversight and implementation on several large scale communications network and software systems projects. Prior to that, he was a founding owner of a transportation brokerage business operating in South Georgia, and responsible for all aspects of the operation.
He moved to the Roaring Fork Valley in 1995 and participates on several nonprofit boards. Related to responsibilities under one of these nonprofit organizations, Kelley teaches a Finance and Investments course at the Basalt High School. He continues to augment his professional experience maintaining active professional certifications with both Microsoft and Cisco. He received a BBA from the University Of Georgia’s Terry College of Business, and an MBA with emphasis in Accounting and Finance from Butler University in Indianapolis, IN. Beth Shaw, Secretary - Is the Dean of Business & Industry/ Executive Director of Customized Business Services joined Colorado Mountain College ("CMC") after fourteen years of owning BRUBAKER-SHAW training associates, inc. which provides public and private sector organizations with customized training programs. BSta specializes in leadership, supervisory skill development, performance management, and customer service. Prior to BSta, Beth developed Business & Industry services departments for both Community College of Denver and Front Range Community College in Ft. Collins. Armed with a M.A. in Spanish and English, Beth taught ESL in migrant camps in Florida and California, GED programs for juvenile offenders, and Freshman English, Reading, and study skills at Auraria Campus. She also built and sold Phoenix Sales, a manufacturer's rep company, which she owned for nine years.
Since joining CMC, Beth has piloted Chamber University, a collaborative venture of five chambers of commerce from Rifle to Aspen offering twelve professional development programs in four locations. She manages a team of professionals who call on public and private sector businesses to assess and customize a wide variety of programs from executive coaching to computer and language skills upgrades for frontline workers. John Stelzriede, Treasurer- Is the President of the Mountain Market for American National Bank (ANB). John has been with American National Bank since July of 1993. Since that time, John has worked in most aspects of the banking industry primarily focusing on commercial and real estate lending. John’s current duties involve the oversight of seven ANB branch locations in Garfield, Eagle, and Pitkin Counties. John currently serves as Treasurer for the Youthzone Foundation and is a member of the Glenwood Springs Noon Rotary Club. Previously, John served as President of the Carbondale Chamber of Commerce and the Defiance Thrift Store board.
John is a graduate of Roaring Fork High School in Carbondale and earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management at the University of Northern Colorado in Greeley. Rose Ann Sullivan, Director - Is the founder of Kootenay Resources, LLC,
a consulting firm leveraging expertise in technology and environmental
issues. She has nearly thirty years of experience in business, law and
government.
Prior to forming Kootenay Resources, Ms. Sullivan enjoyed a successful
legal career as an intellectual property/high-tech transactional
attorney. During her tenure with two major Washington, D.C. – based
international law firms, she represented high-tech clients in connection
with commercial transactions, as well as U.S. Government defense,
energy and information technology contracts. Ms. Sullivan served as
in-house counsel with the TriZetto Group, National Public Radio and the
U.S. Olympic Committee, where she handled a wide range of broadcast
media deals, as well as commercial sponsorship and licensing
transactions in connection with the 2000, 2002 and 2004 Olympic Games.
Ms. Sullivan has also worked widely in regional planning, with a focus
on water resources policy and management. She was instrumental in
initiating development of the multi-jurisdictional Roaring Fork
Watershed Plan, and serves as a member of its Planning Team.
Ms. Sullivan holds a Bachelor’s degree in Natural Resources and a
Masters degree in Regional Planning from the University of Michigan.
She received her J.D., cum laude, from the University of Michigan in
1984.
