to help us cover our advisors and mentors under our professional
liability insurance policy.
Your registration fee can be paid online through our secure server, or download an Advisor/Mentor Registration form by clicking here. The registration fee is waived for sponsors of the Center. For more information about becoming a sponsor go to Become a Sponsor.
This is the first step. We will be collecting additional information once you become a formal Advisor/Mentor.
