(MBEs).

Colorado PTAC (Procurement Technical Assistance Center (http://www.coloradoptac.org) Colorado
PTAC, government contract assistance, strives to provide employment and
improve the economic condition of the state by assisting companies
obtain local, state and federal government contracts. They provide
no-fee confidential counseling helping with identification of
eligibility, assist with the completion of applicable certifications,
